1. Booking Policy
All bookings are automatically confirmed upon submission, however Alyson Brannan Nails reserves the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit our policy.
By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions and confirm that all information provided is accurate.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.
Requests made with less than 48 hours notice may result in restrictions on future bookings.
No-shows will be recorded and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of your appointment and can be made by cash or bank transfer.
All services are non-refundable once completed.
If you are unhappy with any part of your service, please speak up during the appointment so we can discuss it immediately.
Any concerns raised after 48 hours may not be considered for resolution.
4. Health and Safety Requirements
If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment.
Please inform us of any nail or skin conditions before your appointment so we can advise appropriately.
Clean hands are required - please wash or sanitise your hands upon arrival.
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or reactions e.g ( nitrile goves) gel products, smells, or dust before your appointment begins.
We are not liable for any reactions that occur if we are not informed beforehand.
All tools and surfaces are disinfected and sanitised between each client, and the workspace is cleaned before and after every appointment.
5. Home Salon Policy
Appointments take place at our home salon. Please arrive on time and respect the residential nature of the location.
Only the person booked for the appointment should attend unless prior arrangements have been made.
Please park considerately and follow any specific directions provided before your appointment.
6. Data Protection
We handle all client data in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Your personal information will only be used for appointment booking, service delivery, and legitimate business purposes.
We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
7. General Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time.
Any changes will apply to future bookings.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
Alyson Brannan Nails reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.
